Meet Virginia Dunstone

Virginia Dunstone, M.S., is living proof that a loving, tender, self-affirming approach to therapy — and life — works best to attain personal joy and fulfillment. As a therapist, she has assisted thousands of individuals through private counseling, public seminars and prison workshops. Her innovative approaches have enabled individuals to find their true purpose and reach their full potential.
She graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in counseling. Both degrees were conferred with high honors. All of her college credits were earned while raising five children and working fulltime. Her life is living proof that goals, when accompanied with proper attitude and effort, can result in meaningful accomplishments.
Virginia is the author of the book "WHY Do I Do What I Do?" which teaches a unique approach to personal growth and self-awareness. This life-altering method has been unprecedented in changing the way individuals view themselves and their life experiences. The book begins with tools to reprogram the mind to undo the negative messages and belief systems of the past. Readers are then provided tools to build a life map for a positive future. Virginia has also produced a 12-CD series entitled "Life's Tool Box" that provides 12 hours of valuable life skills.
In addition to her private practice in Scottsdale, AZ and Reno, NV, Virginia speaks for corporations, associations, conventions and U.S. Senators' conferences. She has also designed and implemented several life-changing programs for incarcerated women. She not only facilitates a 80-hour LifeScripting program, but has also developed a series of seminars that assist in the alleviation of stress, addiction, and phobias. The results for the women re-entering society are phenomenal. In a ten-year study of women who graduated from the LifeScripting program, the recidivism/return rate was less than 4% (National recidivism/return rates average 67.7%). This speaks not only of the program but also of the need for valuable information that will, if used, change lives from the inside out.
